Craftsmanship of Resin Ornaments
1. Design: Before making resin ornaments, you need to design them first. At present, there are many kinds of resin ornaments on the market, covering various images of animals, plants, people, buildings, etc. Designers need to design and produce them according to market demand and consumer preferences.
2. Moulding: according to the design drawings, sculpt the model into a resin model.
3. Pouring: According to the material to be produced and the material to be moulded, the mixture is made and poured into the resin model.
4. Curing: After the mixture is poured into the model, it is cured at a constant temperature. Commonly used curing methods include low-temperature curing and heat curing.
5. Drying: After curing, the resin model is taken out and placed in a ventilated and dry place, so that its internal moisture leakage, solidification moulding.
6. Surface treatment: Resin ornaments need to undergo surface treatment, including sanding, polishing, painting, spraying, and so on.
